Solar panels

Verniprens’ Vernisol range offers an advanced technical solution for the mounting and energy optimisation of photovoltaic panels. This range of multifunctional concrete mounts stands out for its adjustable tilt system, which allows for the capture of maximum solar radiation throughout the year. Robustly built and durable, it provides a stable and long-lasting base on flat roofs or open surfaces, facilitating efficient installations without compromising the structural integrity of the building.

Angle adjustment and energy efficiency in the Vernisol range

Vernisol’s innovative design allows the angle of the solar modules to be easily adjusted to suit the specific latitude and orientation of your home. Thanks to its precast concrete base, it acts as its own counterweight, in many cases eliminating the need for complex roof drilling. This technical feature minimises the risk of water ingress, ensuring optimum photovoltaic performance with minimal structural impact on roofs and flat roofs.

Key components and accessories of the Vernisol photovoltaic system

To ensure a complete and secure installation, the series incorporates various technical fixing elements and counterweight blocks tailored to different mounting requirements. Its range of components simplifies the alignment of the panels and reinforces the connection between adjacent modules:

• Vernisol adjustable solar panel mount: main concrete block with an adjustable angle for optimal solar capture.
• Adjustable Vernisol concrete support 69x50x20: base module with standardised dimensions for excellent structural stability.
• Central anchor for Vernisol mounting bracket: metal component designed for intermediate fastening between two consecutive solar panels.
• End anchor for Vernisol support: high-strength lateral fixing intended to close and finish off the solar circuit.
• Pallet of adjustable Vernisol supports: supplied in batches, ideal for residential or large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Outdoor durability and ease of installation on roofs

The combination of high-density concrete and corrosion-resistant fittings gives the Vernisol series excellent resistance to severe weather conditions. They withstand gusts of wind and sudden changes in temperature without deteriorating, maintaining their grip over time. Their intuitive installation using specific anchors streamlines the work of installers, making Vernisol the perfect choice for maximising clean energy production in any project.
