Fillers, anchors and grouting

The ‘Fillers, Anchors and Injections’ range is designed to provide technical solutions meeting the most stringent requirements for structural reinforcement and joint sealing. This specialised range comprises formulations developed for the treatment of capillary action, mechanical fixing and the precise filling of cracks or cavities in buildings. Thanks to its advanced chemical technology, each product guarantees the stability, watertightness and strength required to protect structures against the effects of ageing and environmental stresses.

Chemical solutions and technical fixing in Fillers, Anchors and Injections

The products in this range are characterised by their high fluidity, ability to penetrate the porosity of the substrate and curing without noticeable shrinkage. The range extends from expanding foams to injection gels for horizontal barriers against rising damp in masonry walls. Thanks to these properties, you will achieve a watertight and flawless seal that prevents leaks and reinforces critical points in the building.

To meet a variety of requirements in renovation and structural fixing, the range offers specialised systems that simplify maintenance work. The main solutions developed within this technical range include:

• Circular joint fillers: polyethylene cords designed to define the depth of sealants in expansion joints.
• Wall injection systems: highly effective water-repellent gels to stop rising damp in walls.
• Pure polyurethane foams: expanding formulations for thermal insulation and sealing gaps around frames.
• Precision anchoring mortars: fluid-consistency mixtures with high mechanical strength for fixing bolts and base plates.

Mechanical performance and moisture protection in fillings, anchors and injections

This selection stands out for providing a significant increase in the safety of the treated substrates, ensuring superior adhesion to concrete, brick and natural stone. The addition of joint-backing strips allows for the correct sizing of the surface sealant, guaranteeing its elasticity and preventing failures due to lateral adhesion. Furthermore, the injection gels react within the wall, creating a permanent and impenetrable barrier against moisture.

Their use in structural repair work simplifies the process, reducing waiting times thanks to the rapid development of mechanical strength. By applying these technical solutions when securing heavy elements or waterproofing foundations, you will ensure a long-lasting and fully reliable result. Their stable formulation maintains their physical properties intact even in high-humidity environments or under continuous stress.

Areas of application for the Fillers, Anchors and Injections Series

The Fillers, Anchors and Injections range is essential for projects involving the consolidation of historic walls, the sealing of joinery and the fixing of metal structures. Its uses range from the treatment of industrial flooring joints to resolving complex capillary-related issues in residential properties. By using the products in this range, you will optimise every construction process with professional-grade results.
