Stainless steel pipes for pellets

The range of stainless steel pellet flues has been specifically developed to meet the flue gas discharge requirements of biomass heating systems. Its precise 80 mm diameter design ensures optimised draught and perfect conduction of flue gases in domestic pellet stoves and boilers.

Properties of stainless steel and technical performance in pellet systems

This range stands out for its use of high-quality stainless steel, which ensures superior resistance to high temperatures and the moisture caused by condensation. Its metal structure remains unaffected by corrosion, preventing excessive build-up of ash or soot inside the flue.

The polished surface finish not only simplifies routine maintenance and chimney sweeping tasks, but also offers an impeccable aesthetic appearance. It is the perfect choice if you wish to install exposed sections in your home, whilst maintaining maximum fire safety and consistent thermal performance.

80 mm modular range for pellet stoves

To adapt seamlessly to the architectural layout of any room, the series comprises fully airtight modular components that connect effortlessly. Each component has been manufactured to ensure secure joints that prevent any type of leak or unwanted smoke seepage into your home.

Essential components of the stainless steel pellet series

• 80 mm diameter straight stainless steel pipes in 25 cm sections for height adjustments.
• 45° stainless steel elbows designed for clean bends without restricting the flow of flue gases.
• Stainless steel T-joints with access plugs to facilitate regular soot clearance.
• Chinese-style chimney caps and special side-outlet models for external top termination.
• Stainless steel flue caps for pellet stoves and sealing accessories.

Safety and efficiency in heating your home

Choosing stainless steel ducting for your pellet stove ensures safe flue gas extraction that fully complies with current regulations. Thanks to the durability of the materials, you’ll be assured of an efficient installation that’s resistant to condensation and ready to cope with periods of intensive heating.
