Plaster and plaster casts

The Plaster and Plasterboard collection offers a range of technical solutions designed to achieve flawless finishes, precise levelling and high-quality continuous or removable ceiling systems. This range brings together traditional and technologically advanced powdered formulations, as well as prefabricated components that meet the operational requirements of any interior refurbishment project. Thanks to their carefully controlled particle size distribution and mineral purity, each product guarantees controlled setting, facilitating the professional application of smooth, touched-up or decorative finishes.

Formats, finishes and textures of the Plaster and Stucco Series

The components in the range stand out for their aesthetic and functional versatility, allowing for smooth transitions between walls and ceilings with either smooth or textured finishes, depending on the space’s requirements. The range of prefabricated panels for removable and continuous ceilings includes options ranging from completely smooth surfaces to traditional ‘gotelé’-style textures, ideal for integrating lighting fixtures or renovating corporate and residential spaces. Their neutral, uniform colour provides an excellent base for the subsequent application of paints or decorative coatings.

To suit the various scales of construction projects and work schedules, the collection offers different formats and drying times. Key alternatives developed within this technical range include:

• Quick-setting hand-applied plaster: ideal for immediate-bonding fixings and rapid-execution work on vertical surfaces.
• Spray plaster with perlite: lightened with expansive minerals for superior performance and greater thermal insulation.
• Powdered plaster and perlite: fine-textured mixtures designed for modelling mouldings, finishes and fine partition walls.
• Renovation and textured finish plaster: specifically formulated to smooth textured walls without the need for aggressive sanding.
• 60x60 and 100x60 plasterboards: prefabricated panels in smooth, stepped or textured finishes for technical ceilings.

Technical properties and structural strength of the Plaster and Gypsum Series

Developed to offer maximum durability in interiors, this collection stands out for its high dimensional stability, excellent adhesion to porous substrates and optimal fire performance. The lightweight variants with perlite enhance the acoustic and thermal insulation properties of the space, significantly reducing the weight per square metre installed. Furthermore, high-density sound-absorbing strips complement the range, dampening mechanical vibrations and improving the building’s overall acoustic comfort.

The low surface porosity achieved following proper curing reduces the consumption of primers and paint, ensuring a uniform finish free from trowel marks. Its moisture-regulating mineral composition helps to maintain a healthy indoor microclimate in all types of dry or controlled-ventilation rooms, preventing the formation of micro-cracks due to shrinkage provided the recommended thicknesses are applied during installation.

Applications and versatility in projects using the Plaster and Stucco Series

The Plaster and Gypsum Series forms the essential basis for creating internal partitions, cladding brick or block walls, and installing acoustic or decorative suspended ceilings. Its compatibility with both traditional and drywall partitioning systems means it can be used for everything from small, one-off repairs to major renovations in commercial premises, offices and homes. The ease with which the plasterboards can be cut and handled speeds up access to the space above in ceilings with access hatches.

Thanks to the inclusion of high-adhesion renovation compounds, transforming rooms with old textured plaster into spaces with a sleek, avant-garde aesthetic can be achieved directly and cleanly. By applying the products in this range in accordance with the specified mixing times, you can transform any room into a modern, light-filled space that is efficiently insulated.
