12x220 melamine skirting boards

The collection of 12x220 universal flexible melamine skirting boards offers the most elegant and protective option for the vertical finishing of rooms. Designed and patented in the European Union using high-quality PVC resin extrusion, these profiles combine durability, technical flexibility and impeccable aesthetics in demanding refurbishment projects.

Water-repellent properties and performance of the 12x220 melamine

This range is characterised by its complete water resistance, thanks to the melamine layer being sealed with a reactive PUR hot-melt adhesive. This technology prevents water seepage and swelling of the profile during vigorous scrubbing, making these skirting boards the best barrier against moisture and bacteria in rooms used on a daily basis.

The skirting board’s structure is self-extinguishing and fire-retardant, meaning it neither spreads flames nor emits smoke once contact with fire ceases. Its high elasticity allows the pieces to be moulded to fit curved walls or those with minor imperfections, ensuring a perfect perimeter fit without the need for complicated building work.

Tall profile and decorative versatility

Measuring 12 cm high by 220 cm long, with a reinforced thickness of 1.3 cm, these sleek profiles enhance the sense of verticality on walls. The range includes essential options such as matt white, as well as coordinated finishes that mimic fine woods or modern surfaces.

Here’s a breakdown of the most significant technical advantages offered by this range of 12 cm flexible skirting boards to protect the walls of your home:

• 100% recyclable, eco-friendly manufacturing using PVC that produces no polluting emissions during the production process.
• A water-repellent, fully waterproof core that protects walls from damp, leaks and mould.
• Fire-retardant and self-extinguishing material that does not spread fire, offering extra safety indoors.
• A flexible, highly mouldable structure designed to adapt easily to curved walls or columns.
• A 12 cm height provides greater protection against impacts and scuffs from cleaning.

Its floating installation using specific mounting adhesives is quick and clean on wooden subfloors, laminate flooring or ceramic tiles. Choosing the range of 12x220 universal flexible melamine skirting boards guarantees a touch of distinction, timeless elegance and long-lasting protection for all your rooms.
