The TB-10 Tech Edetania represents the technological evolution in large-format mixed tiles. Its improved manufacturing process ensures greater definition and full tightness, making it ideal for architectural projects around the world.
In terms of dimensions, this tile has a length of 47.5 cm and a width of 28.2 cm, while maintaining a surprisingly light weight of approximately 3.45 Kg per tile. About 10.3 tiles per square meter are required, and the useful length of the tile varies according to the batten pitch in a range of 39.5 to 40.5 cm. In addition, 4.25 to 4.54 tiles per linear meter are needed at the eaves.
For optimal installation, a minimum slope of 30% or 17º is recommended. The useful width of the tile is 23.2 cm, which makes it easy to manage materials in projects of any size.
The design of the tile simulates the shape of curved tiles in their placement, and has a lateral and longitudinal fitting system designed to ensure a hermetic assembly. The installation is carried out on a batten system or equivalent on sloping roofs, and can be adapted to several batten steps, offering flexibility in the process. The tiles are fixed by screws through the pre-marked holes.
