APE’s Contemporary Collection

The Contemporary collection from APE’s Carmen catalogue offers a cutting-edge decorative concept designed to transform any interior wall. Crafted from high-end glazed porcelain tiles, this range stands out for its colour schemes and modular design, ideal for lending a unique character to kitchens, bathrooms or designer commercial spaces.

A wealth of formats and finishes in APE Contemporary

This varied range is available in 15x15 cm modular formats, a 6x26 cm arrowhead-shaped ‘Picket’ design and 15x15 cm ‘Nelly’ hydraulic-style patterns. It also offers the option to choose between matt or gloss finishes, depending on the lighting requirements of your project.

Its sophisticated colour palette includes exclusive combinations such as Aqua Sea, Ash Rose, Bluestone, Coconut Milk, Forest, Mineral Grey, Obsidian and Rose Quartz. These harmonious shades make it easy to create ceramic murals with great visual impact and dynamism, allowing the collection to be adapted to styles ranging from natural minimalism to Scandinavian design.

Porcelain strength and tiling versatility

Thanks to their construction from a solid glazed porcelain body, the tiles guarantee extremely high mechanical resistance to impact and continuous wear and tear. This low structural porosity prevents moisture absorption in exposed areas, ensuring a hygienic, long-lasting wall covering that is extremely easy to maintain on a day-to-day basis.

The design of its elongated ‘Picket’ formats and square tiles allows for experimentation with multiple laying patterns on site, from vertical alignments to creative horizontal patterns. This flexibility makes it easy to adapt the tiles to any room size, optimising cuts and achieving a clean, professional finish in every corner.
