Mainzu Mosaics Collection

Mainzu’s Mosaicos Collection reinterprets the timeless beauty of Mediterranean ceramics to create wall and floor tiles full of distinction. Inspired by the ancient ornamental patterns of the Roman and hydraulic traditions, this range presents captivating visual motifs. The range combines the artisanal elegance of the past with technological durability.

Roman inspiration and designs from the Mainzu Mosaicos Series

This exclusive range articulates its aesthetic concept through models with a distinctive character, such as Appia, Augusto, Constantino and Trastevere. Each piece incorporates geometric patterns, arabesques and intricate rosettes that evoke the sumptuousness of classical villas. The richness of its designs allows you to create enveloping decorative features or charming ceramic ‘carpets’.

Its practical 20x20 cm square format is sold in 1 m² boxes, making it easy to plan your renovation projects with precision. Their carefully crafted surface features a matt finish with a pleasant texture that softens light reflections, creating serene, cosy and historic atmospheres in interior spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and living rooms.

Durability and technical qualities of Mainzu tiles

Developed by the renowned Mainzu brand to high quality standards, the Mosaicos collection stands out for its excellent performance. Manufactured on a solid, highly durable ceramic stoneware base, the range withstands the normal wear and tear of daily footfall perfectly, whilst maintaining the richness of its pigments and the definition of its patterns.

The low porosity of the ceramic body prevents the absorption of liquids and minimises the risk of stains setting into the surface. Maintenance is quick and easy, requiring only water and neutral detergents, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hygiene without the need to apply sealants or special polishes over time.
