The Mugat de Vives Collection

The Mugat collection by Vives revives the iconic charm of traditional bevelled edges to transform walls into canvases brimming with light, volume and visual dynamism. This range has been designed to enhance interior design projects where the elegance of the classic small format blends harmoniously with contemporary design trends.

Bevelled edges, colour palette and mouldings in Mugat

Produced in a practical 10x20 cm rectangular format, this range stands out for its striking glossy finish, which maximises the flow of light in any room. Its range of colours includes understated options such as White, Vanilla, Navy, Cherry and Black, complemented by the decorative Rivoli models and special pieces such as 15x20 cm skirting boards.

Among the most distinctive aesthetic features and attributes that set Vives’ Mugat collection apart are the following:

• Classic 10x20 cm format: Ideal proportions inspired by the metro style for staggered, aligned or herringbone installations.
• Pronounced, deeply recessed bevelled edge: A three-dimensional design that creates evocative effects of light and shadow on the wall.
• High-reflectance glossy finish: A glazed surface that creates a sense of exceptional spaciousness and brightness.
• Rivoli variant and special pieces: Decorative tiles and matching skirting boards in 15x20 cm for flawless finishes.

Glaze qualities and hassle-free cleaning

Developed by Vives Cerámica using the highest quality materials, the range guarantees excellent resistance to everyday wear and tear on interior walls. The protective vitreous layer is completely waterproof, preventing moisture or steam from affecting the beauty of the wall tiles in demanding areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.

Keeping the surfaces spotless and gleaming requires no complicated tasks or harsh cleaning products on a day-to-day basis. Thanks to the non-porous nature of its glossy finish, dirt cannot adhere to the surface, allowing you to clean the tiles quickly and easily using simply a soft cloth with water and mild soap for quick and simple maintenance.

Decorative ideas for elegant splashbacks and skirting boards

The versatility of the Mugat range makes it easy to create stately skirting boards, accent kitchen fronts or entire walls in uniquely styled bathrooms. Incorporating these ceramic tiles into your renovation will allow you to achieve an exclusive, personalised design, backed at all times by the technical excellence of Vives Cerámica.
