The 150 Duo Electric French Griddle with Lid

Le Marquier 150 Duo Electric French Griddle with Lid and Trolley is a practical choice for enjoying griddle cooking in comfort and with versatility. It features a 50 x 35 cm enamelled cast-iron griddle with a hole in the centre and a 2 kW radiant heating zone, allowing you to cook a variety of foods.

Its thermostat, adjustable between 50 and 250°C, makes it easy to set the temperature according to the requirements of each dish. It incorporates an ergonomic, non-slip control knob for comfortable handling, as well as a heat indicator light.

The chassis and spice rack have a satin-finish stainless steel finish, whilst the trolley and lid are made from black electro-galvanised steel. To make it easy to move and position, the trolley has four self-locking swivel castors and two modular shelves measuring 37.5 x 20.7 cm, ideal for organising utensils and accessories.

The unit includes a rectangular stainless steel drip tray on the side, a lid, a spice rack and a curtain, offering a complete solution for preparing and organising the cooking area.
