The Jade V 17kg Rapid Manual Plaster is ideal for coatings in swipes, streams, partitions and minor repairs, as well as for obtaining the gypsum flower in traditional plastering jobs. Its application requires a clean, residue-free support and should be mixed by dusting the plaster over water.
It should be stored in a dry place and protected from moisture, cold and heat. Its use should be avoided on already set layers, and the ambient temperature should be between 5ºC and 40ºC to guarantee good results.

Quick manual plaster suitable for coating slashes, regattas, fastening of partitions, rulers, application of small scraps, reception of construction elements etc. It is also suitable for obtaining the gypsum flower and thus being able to carry out plastering work in a traditional way. It is also known as construction plaster or black plaster.
How to Use Manual Quick Plaster
a) Preparation of the support:
• Supports must be free of dust and clean of stuck-on particles, roughness, oil stains and residues from release agents.
b) Application:
• Slowly sprinkle the plaster over the water contained in a clean container until it is saturated (which completely covers all the water and is no longer wet)
• Knead manually and apply to the desired surface.
How to Store Plaster
• Store the bags in a dry and covered place, protected from frost and direct exposure to the sun. Keep them elevated from the ground to protect them from moisture.
• Intense humidity, cold or heat accelerate its ageing and alter its properties, even making the product unusable.
• The plastic coating of the pallets preserves the product from moisture, so it is recommended to keep it even after the pallet has been opened, so that it protects bags that are not in immediate use
Precautions about plaster casts
• The direct application of plaster on a layer of plaster that has already set generates adhesion problems known as bicoat, so this type of practice should always be avoided.
• The recommended ambient temperature for its application should be between 5ºC and 40ºC. Adequate ventilation at the application site is recommended to avoid excess humidity. In case of poor ventilation, the properties of the product can be negatively affected (hardness, setting times, appearance of stains, etc
• Likewise, the newly applied surfaces should not receive moisture due to the effect of rain.
• Very high temperatures can cause adhesion problems due to rapid evaporation of water.
• It is a product for interiors, so in new construction it is necessary to have the exterior enclosures, the roof and at least tres slabs on the floor to be covered. The window and door frames must have been received and metal objects must have been protected.

Finishes and decoration with manual plaster
• When applying a paint or other decoration technique it is necessary to ensure that the plaster applied is completely dry and it is recommended that the surface is clean and free of dust.
• The manufacturer's instructions for the material used as decoration must be carefully followed.
• As a general rule, a primer should be applied before painting, texturing or wallpapering, so that the absorption capacity of the entire surface is equalized. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your application.
