Aesthetic concept, colours and variants of Durstone’s Q Boston Collection

This collection comprises a carefully curated colour palette in White and Sand tones, created specifically to bring warmth, visual balance and an immediate sense of spaciousness to any room. Its elongated format slims the vertical surfaces, whilst its smooth, deep-matt finish eliminates direct glare to maintain a constant atmosphere of serenity.

Within the range, you can choose from various design options designed to blend in or be combined with one another according to the needs of your project:

• Q Boston Base (White and Sand): Neutral tiles with a matt finish that offer understated elegance and continuous uniformity.
• Q Boston Bloom (White and Sand): Decorative cladding with reliefs and botanical motifs to create visually striking accent walls.
• Q Boston Kendall (White and Sand): A textured option with geometric patterns that add dynamism and shadow effects.

Features of the white-body substrate and rectified finish

Meticulously manufactured on a top-quality white body base, the series guarantees a flawless finish, lower moisture absorption and superior technical definition in every ornamental detail. This premium material provides the ideal base for reproducing pure shades and textures of high architectural complexity without compromising durability through continuous use.

The millimetre-precise rectification of the edges allows for installation with minimal, almost imperceptible joints, enhancing the continuity of the design across large wall surfaces. In addition to its undeniable aesthetic appeal, the tiles’ low porosity greatly facilitates daily cleaning and maintenance without requiring any specific treatments to preserve their original matt sheen.

Design possibilities and integration into refurbishment projects

Thanks to its remarkable versatility, Durstone’s Q Boston Collection adapts easily to both residential spaces and commercial projects seeking an elegant look. It is perfect for cladding modern, spa-inspired bathrooms, contemporary kitchen fronts or feature areas in living rooms, hallways and corridors where the aim is to add texture and distinction without overwhelming the overall look.

By combining its plain backgrounds with the Bloom or Kendall decorative patterns, you can create distinct zones such as alcoves, showers or washbasin fronts with a unique character. Its timeless design blends perfectly with warm wooden floors, concrete-effect porcelain tiles and metal fittings in black, gold or brushed finishes.
