Senor Construction Range

SENOR’s Construction Range offers advanced solutions for eliminating vibrations in dry construction projects, such as laminated plasterboard systems. This range includes dampers and supports designed to decouple ceilings, wall linings, partition walls and floating floors from the building structure. Thanks to the use of high-quality polymers such as EPDM rubber and technical compounds such as MEGOL, combined with high-strength galvanised steel, SENOR guarantees durable products capable of maintaining their acoustic performance for over ten years. Their effectiveness enables improvements of up to 29 dB to be achieved in floating floors, meeting the most demanding acoustic comfort standards in residential and commercial projects.

These systems are suitable for both new builds and refurbishments, and are particularly valued in projects where acoustic control is a priority, such as recording studios, hotels and high-end residential properties. By physically decoupling the structural elements, vibrations and impact noise are prevented from being transmitted through walls and floor slabs, resulting in much quieter and more comfortable spaces.

These are some of the most common applications:

• Acoustic suspended ceilings: installation of false ceilings using rubber or spring dampers
• Decoupled cladding and partition walls: wall structures built using elastic fixings, preventing rigid contact between the partition and the existing building.
• Floating technical floors: installation of flooring supported on silent blocks, isolating impact noise from the underlying floor slab.
