APE’s Souk Collection

APE’s Souk collection, part of its renowned Carmen range, pays a ceramic tribute to the artisanal charm of the traditional souks of North Africa and the Middle East. This range stands out for combining the warmth of handcrafted earthenware with intricate patterns inspired by neo-Arabic and hydraulic designs, adorning walls and floors with a timeless, enveloping character full of personality.

Handcrafted effect and rich décor in APE Souk

The range is characterised by its mottled, irregular surface, which mimics the hand-moulded finish and subtle sheen of workshop-made ceramics. Its colour palette of plain base colours includes the Souk White, Grey, Charcoal, Blue, Turquoise and Ochre variants, providing a serene backdrop that harmonises with any interior design trend.

The collection reveals its full decorative potential through its varied range of coordinated ornamental designs, highlighting the geometric motifs of Kasbah and the floral compositions of Nomad. These designs are complemented by the refined patterns Safi, Mix, Noria, Zellige and Kamra, designed to create accent walls, ceramic rugs or skirting boards of great aesthetic value.

Modular wall and floor formats that are easy to maintain

Designed to offer maximum design versatility, the range is available in the versatile compact square format of 13x13 cm and features the attractive geometric Hexagon Souk silhouette measuring 14x16 cm. This combination of formats allows plain panels to be alternated with accent areas featuring a hexagonal pattern in kitchens, bathrooms, shower areas, living rooms or commercial premises.

Made from ceramic material with high mechanical strength and low porosity, the collection acts as a solid protective barrier against ambient humidity and direct splashes. Its protective glaze repels everyday stains, ensuring the tiling remains flawless whilst requiring only quick, easy and hassle-free maintenance using standard neutral cleaners.
