The TB-12® BorjaBlanc Aged mixed tile from Tejas Borja is a classic and reliable choice for roofing. With dimensions of 43.9 cm in length and 26 cm in width, these tiles weigh 3.05 Kg/unit. Each square meter contains approximately 12.8 tiles, making them ideal for residential projects.

These tiles have a useful length of 38 cm, which facilitates assembly on battens. Each ml of eave requires about 5 tiles. The minimum recommended slope is 30%, equivalent to an angle of 17º. The useful width of the tile is 20.5 cm. In addition, they have 5.5 cm side overlaps and 6.9 / 5.9 cm head overlaps, which contributes to a watertight installation.

Waterproofing is achieved by means of a breathable sheet, ensuring protection against inclement weather. Approximately 2.7 ml of battens per square meter are needed for installation.

Thanks to their aesthetic and architectural versatility, mixed roof tiles are widely used on roofs around the world, especially in residential buildings. The TB-12® series is a classic format that has proven its effectiveness and durability over time
