Terraces, balconies and rooftops

The range of waterproofing solutions for terraces, balconies and flat roofs comprises products offering maximum chemical protection for both walkable and non-walkable surfaces. This collection is specifically designed to prevent water ingress, damp and weather-related damage in exposed outdoor areas.

Elastic waterproofing systems for terraces and balconies

This selection features continuous elastic coatings based on acrylic rubber and synthetic resins reinforced with glass fibres. Their high elongation capacity absorbs thermal expansion of the substrate without cracking, guaranteeing a completely watertight seal against continuous rainfall at any time of year.

The liquid treatments, which are easy to apply with a roller or brush, create a continuous, waterproof film without joints or seams on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Thanks to their exceptional adhesion to substrates such as concrete, mortar, ceramic tiles or fibre-cement, this range ensures long-lasting renovations without the need for complex building work.

Technical formats, reinforcement meshes and protective finishes

Designed to suit the dimensions of any roofing project, the range includes tins and drums in a variety of sizes and decorative colours. It is complemented by fibreglass mesh and protective plastic sheeting to reinforce critical areas such as corners, perimeter joints and drain outlets.

Solutions available in the external protection range

• Sikafill 200 and 370 fibre-reinforced liquid membranes for trafficable roofs.
• Highly elastic acrylic waterproofing rubber for balconies and flat roofs.
• Pumaflex and elastic coatings in white, brick red and grey.
