The Tesserae Collection by WowDesign

The Tesserae Collection by WowDesign reinterprets the fascinating art of handcrafted mosaics through a contemporary, large-format modular ceramic design. Crafted from high-density porcelain, this versatile range allows you to create timeless geometric compositions full of texture, sophistication and personality in any space.

Mosaic-effect design and colour palette of WowDesign’s Tesserae

This range features a practical 28x28 cm square format (in boxes of 0.784 m²), designed to simulate a meticulous grid of small, interlocking tesserae. Its design includes striking ranges such as Like and Suit in Blanc, Grana, Marino, Moss and Ona finishes, as well as dynamic B&W combinations.

Each tile features an elegant, soft-textured matt finish that reduces glare and effectively conceals the signs of everyday wear and tear. This modular solution allows you to clad walls or floors, creating subtle graphic patterns and textural effects without the complexity of handling individual tiles during installation.

Porcelain-like durability and compatibility with WowDesign collections

Manufactured to exacting technical standards, the Tesserae collection stands out for its virtually zero water absorption (below 0.5 per cent), preventing the build-up of damp, stains or mould. Its high resistance to wear makes it a suitable flooring option for residential refurbishments and commercial projects.

This range integrates seamlessly with the brand’s complementary collections, such as Casbah, Zelij and Bejmat, allowing for the design of fully personalised spaces. Furthermore, its dimensional stability withstands thermal changes perfectly, making it ideal for showers, kitchens, communal areas and even sheltered covered terraces.
