APE Vintage Collection

The APE Vintage Collection is an ode to traditional ceramic sophistication, reviving the warmth and character of the handcrafted tiles of yesteryear and adapting them to today’s architectural demands. Meticulously crafted from high-strength porcelain stoneware, this range stands out for its natural-feel matt finishes, its excellent anti-slip properties and its resistance to frost and inclement weather, making it a timeless solution that is as beautiful as it is functional.

Colour palette and timeless aesthetic of the Vintage Series

This colour range is inspired by organic and mineral pigments, offering a balanced palette comprising the shades White, Natural, Ivory, Lake, Grey and Graphite. Each of these ceramic tiles features a subtle variation in shade from one piece to the next, mimicking the imperfect beauty of terracotta and adding a dynamic touch to any interior wall or floor.

The charm of its handcrafted design lies in its versatility for creating unique combinations:

• Silky-smooth matt finish: A understated, non-glare surface that brings warmth and visual realism.
• Subtle variation in tone: A rich variation in colour that mimics the organic beauty of traditional ceramics.
• Wide range of colours: Luminous shades such as White and Ivory alongside intense hues such as Lake, Grey and Graphite.
• Porcelain-like durability: Frost-resistant and non-slip material suitable for both vertical cladding and high-traffic areas.

Available sizes and a wide range of finishing mouldings

Designed to offer comprehensive technical solutions for any renovation project, the collection is available in two small rectangular sizes: 7.5x15 cm and 7.5x30 cm. In addition, it features the innovative elongated Hextra shape measuring 10 x 20 cm, perfect for adding a touch of dynamism to vertical, horizontal or herringbone patterns.

The collection boasts an exceptional range of technical edging pieces designed to solve any joint:

Applications and decorative versatility on interior walls

The extraordinary durability of its porcelain body makes APE’s Vintage series an all-round choice. It is the ideal solution for cladding kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms, skirting boards or feature walls in living rooms and restaurants, guaranteeing maximum protection against wear and tear, steam and direct water splashes.

Thanks to its zero porosity and protective vitreous layer, this material prevents moisture absorption and stops dirt or stains from setting into the surface. This technical feature ensures quick and easy maintenance during daily cleaning routines, keeping its elegance intact for years to come.
