The DCX-250 Xpert range of professional cutters, from RUBI, are designed for the intensive cutting of porcelain stoneware tiles (BIa), and any other type of ceramic tile (BIIa/BIIb/BIII/AIb), while allowing occasional cutting of natural stone pieces.
The design of the DCX-250 Xpert cutters includes a highly reinforced aluminum chassis with an innovative triple-beam system and steel fronts to improve the stability and rigidity of the entire chassis. The DCX-250 Xpert's moving head travels along a reinforced guide, also made of aluminum, for a better and precise finish when cutting. This system also incorporates a high-performance cross-cut effect, allowing the cutting height to be adjusted to the user's needs. The RUBI DCX-250 Xpert electric cutters include the C3 Phyton cooling system
The C3 Phyton system increases cooling efficiency and reduces water dispersion and loss. More efficient cooling helps increase diamond blade performance. The cooling system of the DCX-250 Xpert is completed with a double steel decanter for a more efficient recovery of the water used, directed towards the external water tank with a capacity of 30 litres.
In addition, the DCX include a regulator that ensures correct leveling of the cutting table. Always thinking about the safety of the professional, RUBI equips the DCX-250 Xpert models with its ZERO DUST system, patented and certified by TNO*, which allows, thanks to the reduction of respirable dust particles generated during cutting, a safe exposure to the % of silica in ceramic materials and natural stones.
