MORTERPLAS FP 4 KG is a non-self-protected sheet, made of APP plastomeric bitumen, with double reinforcement, one made of polyester felt (FP) and the other of polyethylene (PE) film, and finished in thermo-fusible film on both sides.
Advantages
- The reinforced and stabilized polyester felt non-woven (FP) reinforcement gives the sheet the best mechanical properties:
- High tensile strength.
- Maximum puncture resistance (static and dynamic).
- Great tear resistance.
- Good dimensional stability.
- The APP plastomeric mastic stands out for its robustness and excellent folding at low temperatures; It provides the sheet with great resistance to atmospheric agents and the maximum guarantee of durability.
- The film has excellent resistance to high temperatures, which facilitates installation in hot environments because it does not soften when the temperature is high.
Application
- It is especially recommended in applications where high puncture resistance is required.
- MORTERMORTPLAS FP 4 KG can be applied in a two-layer system on non-passable and passable roofs for pedestrian and vehicular use, with heavy protection.
- For monolayer systems, sheets of mass = 4 kg will be used in systems in accordance with the DITs and local building regulations.
