Oblique mechanical fastening system

The RAI-FIX rear oblique mechanical fixing system is a revolutionary technical solution for concealed safety anchoring on ceramic façades and large-format panels. Designed to provide an unobtrusive secondary fastening system, this mechanism eliminates the risk of detachment at height without disrupting the visual continuity of the cladding.

Mechanical safety and technical precision in the RAI-FIX system

This range stands out for its innovative technology involving an angled cut on the back of the ceramic tiles, which allows the hook to be inserted without piercing the tile. Manufactured entirely from high-strength stainless steel, this component withstands high tensile forces and offers unaltered performance in the face of corrosion, weathering and chemical agents.

It is significantly easier and quicker to install than traditional edge-notching systems, reducing installation times on site. As it is completely recessed behind the tile, it guarantees a clean, sleek and innovative aesthetic finish that complies with the strictest building safety regulations.

Mechanical fixings from the rear-fixing series

Backed by leading brands such as Muelles Castellón, the collection features packs containing a large number of units, designed to meet the needs of large-scale architectural projects. Each kit of oblique hooks is optimised to work in conjunction with high-performance mortars or ceramic-bonding adhesives.
