The RUBI scoring wheel sets are presented in several options, all of them covering the best-selling and most used models in the markets.
All the models of scoring wheels included, both in the kit and in the scoring wheel sets are from the SILVER range.
The SILVER scoring wheels and rollers from RUBI are made of sintered tungsten carbide. Each roller guide is individually rectified so that each diameter has an incision angle according to its function and use. Each diameter of roller guide offers different results and performances, depending on the type of ceramic material, and they have been designed, mainly, to work with ceramic materials that have glazed or natural surfaces with smooth and/or slightly rough finishes.
For the correct functioning of SILVER scoring wheels and rollers, the scoring must always be continuous and homogeneous, without excessive pressure or unnecessary passes.
SILVER RUBI scoring wheels and rollers are suitable for scratching and subsequent separation of ceramic tiles of any type: tile (BIII), glazed stoneware (BIb - BIIa), rustic or extruded stoneware (AIb - AII) and of course porcelain stoneware (BIa), with low to medium cutting difficulties.
The triple fluting of the handle of the RUBI scoring wheels is an exclusive and patented design.
