Sika Boom is a product based on polyurethane foam, expansive and mono-component that is ready for use. It can be applied in multiple positions. Uses
- Thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Protection against drafts and odours.
- Protection and insulation of air conditioning and ventilation installations.
- Filling and lining of walls, partitions, walls, enclosures, pipe passages, etc.
- Fixing tiles on their support plate

How to use
Surface Preparation:
Slightly moisten the surface or hole to be filled before applying the Sika Boom, in order to obtain maximum expansion and adhesion.
Cleaning method:
It is recommended to clean the gasket by appropriate manual or mechanical means (abrasive disc or metal card), avoiding contamination with oil or grease.
Product Application:
Place the spout that comes with the can, on the top thread of the container. Shake the spray vigorously (15 or 20 times). Place the nozzle where the filling will be made and gently press the injection device with your thumb.
Once the filling is done, wait for the product to expand and polymerize to proceed to cut with a knife or hacksaw and thus remove the excess material.
To obtain the maximum expansion of the foam, it is recommended to spray water with a sprinkler.
