Adhesion primer, based on acrylic resin Sika Top 50 Bonding Resin - 5kg water-based can, prior to the application of all types of cementitious mortars and plasters.
Uses: As an adhesion bridge for:
- Mortars, both made on site, dry or pre-dosed.
- Plasters, plasters.
The main supports on which it can be used are:
- Concretes.
- Mortars, both normal and waterproof.
- Brick.
- Natural or artificial stone.
- Fibre.
- All those materials that do not have zero porosity.
Some typical usage situations are:
- Adhesion layer for rendering.
- Adhesion layer for plastering.
- Joints of the septum with the pillar.
Format: 5 kg bottle
Consumption: approximately 0.125-0.150 Kg/m2.
Characteristics
- It provides a surface with good adhesion on substrates subject to thermal variations, due to its flexibility.
- Non-flammable.
- Ready to use and easy to apply. Even projectable.
- Long time open, even at high temperatures.
- When applied on horizontal surfaces, it maintains cohesion by preventing the disintegration and dragging of the aggregate.
- Applicable on surfaces with a certain humidity (matte moisture), but not saturated or waterlogged.
- It maintains the stickiness for quite some time, so it is not necessary to apply mortar or plaster right away.
- Not applicable in screeds for screeding with mortars.
