Grade 3 Security Armored Residential Door
Metal security door composed of leaf, screwed frame, lock, 4 short hinges, knob, handle and peephole.
The Milan Inox door is available in the following finishes and widths:
- 91x207 in white, grey and black lacquers, with a smooth inner face.
- 100x207 in white, grey and black lacquers, with a smooth inner face.

The metal sheet is built in two pieces, front stamped in die with decoration, made on rolled and galvanized steel sheet, with a thickness of 1 mm in DX-54 quality. Back without stamping system in DX-51 quality and with a thickness of 0.8 mm.
Inside it is filled with micro-expanded polyurethane of formulation according to type M-3 applied by means of a high-pressure injection pump machine.
The metal frame is made of rolled and galvanized steel sheet, with a thickness of 1.5 mm in DX-51 or 52 quality, in automatic bending machine, which is screwed.
The 3-point lock (Ezcurra 2000-B model) with a system of 10 mocks and slip with two-turn security bulb and key coding by points.
Includes 4 four-knot anti-lever safety hinges on a two-meter plate with an oven-applied epoxy varnish finish. Round knob, interior handle reference Bella and telescopic peephole type wide angle.
The door has a degreasing-phosphating treatment and washing with demineralized water, a humidity drying oven, painted in a powder paint electrostatic application booth, robotized with pure qualycoat polyestes lacquer and polymerized in an oven at 220 ºC.
Maintenance Note: Avoid the use of products containing abrasive substances.
2-YEAR WARRANTY
The manufacturer, Cearco, offers a two-year warranty on its doors. This warranty will cover possible manufacturing defects, understood as such: corrosion by rust (except fittings), malfunction of the mechanism and detachment of lacquer (due to lack of adhesion).
This warranty will be applicable as long as the storage has been appropriate (never outdoors, or totally or partially unpacked). In no case will the warranty be applicable to doors already installed. Cearco reserves the right to accept claims against this warranty.
