These manual cutters are designed to perform intensive work with any type of ceramic tile. The TP-S manual cutters are ideal for cutting porcelain stoneware tiles (type BIa). They incorporate a monoguide system, highly resistant to impacts, which gives them a very long useful life. The ergonomic handle of the TP-S manual cutters is adapted for a working system, pushing the handle, and incorporates a retractable separator that allows it to work with ceramic tiles with thicknesses* from 5 to 20 mm, with a separation power of 1,000 kg. TP manual cutters are very easy to use and offer the professional installer a higher working speed. In addition, the mobile separator of the TP-S manual cutters ensures high quality in diagonal and angle cuts. All models in the TP-S range of manual cutters feature a swivel square with a central pivot for fast and accurate measurement of angle cuts. Thanks to the side stop, the ceramic tile fixer can make repetitive cuts very easily and always with maximum precision. The TP-S manual cutters from RUBI have a high-strength aluminum base with a two-layer system with a cushioning effect on springs, and a side support for large-format tiles. Unlike the TP-T ceramic cutter, we will work with this one in a position that resembles that of double-guide cutters, i.e. in front of the machine. TP-S ceramic cutters work with a 22 mm scoring wheel, made of durable tungsten carbide. This allows us to adapt to each material with a very versatile and effective scoring wheel diameter. All these characteristics make these manual cutters very easy to use, as well as durable and light.
