Transform your space with the Elista garden shed!
With total dimensions of 538x439x263 cm, this versatile space with a generous surface area of 17.5 m² can accommodate a study, a guest bedroom or even a summer lounge.
The 34 mm planks guarantee watertightness and stability, with double grooves for greater resistance and simplified installation by interlocking.
The two-layer roof, made up of thick slats and tiles, ensures optimal insulation.
The 2 windows and the double glazed door provide light and acoustic insulation, and the included lock ensures security. No building permits are needed for Elista and, with less than 20 m², a simple pre-declaration is sufficient.
It should be noted that the shelter does not have a floor, but its assembly is simplified thanks to a notched mounting system. Prepare your floor with a concrete slab and polyan film for optimal waterproofing.
Maximize the lifespan of your shelter by treating it with a fungicide and insecticide product prior to assembly, followed by a water-repellent and anti-UV microporous dye (2 coats).
Maintenance is recommended every 2 years. The assembly, estimated in 2 days with 2 people, requires common tools such as drill, saw, hammer, etc.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DRY WOOD PRODUCTS:
- In order to extend the durability of the purchased item, it is recommended to treat it before assembly. A preventive treatment for outdoor wood should be applied with a fungicide and insecticide product.
- In addition, it is recommended to varnish it (2 layers) with a microporous, water-repellent and anti-UV product. Then maintain every two years.
Although wood may have natural flaws, these are part of authentic charm. Our warranty covers obvious defects, damage, or non-conformities within two years of delivery.
