The inner tank is made of 2 mm thick cold-rolled carbon steel with a coating of enamel vitrified in an oven at 860oC of 220μ thickness that gives it adequate protection against corrosion.
In addition, the device incorporates a magnesium anode that works as additional protection. The cylindrical part of the outer body is made of 0.4 mm thick carbon steel sheet coated with 70μ thick white epoxy-polyester paint, the lower and upper covers are made of 2.5 mm thick PP plastic and are mechanically crimped to the cylinder. Between the tank and the outer body, it has a 20 mm thick expanded polyurethane insulation free of CFC.
The holes in the wall to hang the device must be made of 15 mm drill bit and 75 mm deep in the case of 10 cm brick masonry walls with mortar included.
The device can be installed both vertically and horizontally with the inlet pipes on the right side of the device or with the pipes on the left.
The nominal pressure of the appliance is 9 bar and is controlled by a hydraulic safety and check valve set to 10 bar supplied with each appliance.
