The inner tank is made of 1.55 mm thick cold-rolled carbon steel with a coating of enamel vitrified in an oven at 860oC of 220μ thickness that gives it adequate protection against corrosion.
In addition, the device incorporates a magnesium anode that works as additional protection. The outer body is made of 0.5 mm thick carbon steel sheet coated with 70μ thick white epoxy-polyester paint.
Between the tank and the outer body, it has 23 mm thick expanded polyurethane insulation free of CFC.
The holes in the wall to hang the device must be made of 15 mm drill bit and 75 mm deep in the case of 10 cm brick masonry walls with mortar included.
