It is a lawn with a 25 millimeter high yarn and 4 colors, 2 colors in the straight yarn and 2 in the curly yarn. Both types of yarns are low abrasion and UV stabilized, a treatment that increases the yarn's resistance to the sun's UV rays. Both straight and curly threads are made of POLYETHYLENE. The obacking base of the turf is made up of two layers of polypropylene and reinforcing the whole set with a latex coating. Thanks to its flat multi-rib monofilament yarns without weak points this model has a high recovery capacity, the fibers tend to rise after being stepped on (memory effect).
This artificial grass model has straight multi-ribbed threads that give it high resistance while being very soft. Its bright and exciting colors provide us with endless possibilities to create cheerful and fun environments.
This artificial grass has 13,650 stitches per m2 and a Dtex density of 12,000.
Artificial grass with 6 years warranty in conditions of installation, use and maintenance specified in the technical sheet and Warranty Certificate of this product. The warranty for this product is against discoloration of the yarn and detachment of the fibers. Although this grass is state-of-the-art and does not need quartz sand filling, it is highly recommended to coat it with 4 kg/m² of rounded, washed and dried silica sand, with a grain size of 0.4-0.8 mm.; This sand will be hidden under the curly fibre and will provide the installation with the following advantages:
- Provides weight and stability.
- Reduces the temperature of the lawn.
- Helps dissipate static electricity.
- The weight of quartz sand eliminates possible wrinkles.
- Provides greater pull-out resistance to the fibers.
- It reduces possible expansions and contractions of the turf due to sudden changes in temperature.
