Polyester and polyurethane bonding band for the bonding of artificial grass. The artificial grass bonding band is a fundamental element for a quality installation. Using a poor quality bonding band can cause serious damage to an artificial grass surface. If the adhesion of the band with the adhesive is not good or is not well insulated from moisture, the joints will peel off very quickly. If the strength is not adequate, with traction, turf dimensional variation forces and use, the bonding band will break. And if this bond band is not dimensionally stable, it will generate wrinkles all over the surface. For all these reasons, the choice of a quality and appropriate bonding belt for each type of use is of vital importance. Our bonding band is made from a white polyester yarn coated on one side with polyurethane. The self-adhesive bonding strip for artificial grass is without a doubt the fastest, most comfortable and cleanest method to carry out an installation. One side is waterproof and the other is impregnated with adhesive glue 1 millimeter thick. We only need to extend the bonding band and remove the adhesive film from its upper side, to proceed to join the grass cloths.

With this self-adhesive band, we save the process of mixing the 2 components that contain the glue cans and the dosing or spreading of it. The gluing time is not immediate. This self-adhesive strip allows the grass cloths to be glued and peeled off several times, so that the joints can be adjusted precisely. The maneuvering time that this adhesive allows once the protective film has been removed is approximately 15 minutes. This belt is also the most ecological, as it does not generate waste.
