Mortar, additive and water-repellent, coloured with mixed binders endowed with great finesse and plasticity. For sealing joints from 2 to 15 mm in all types of ceramic coatings. Special for the grouting of low-porosity pieces (porcelain stoneware, swimming pools) and for application in areas where there is a risk of proliferation of microorganisms.
Composition
Water-repellent product based on high-strength cement, high purity aggregates, pigments and special additives that prevent the formation of microorganisms (algae, fungi).

Stands
- Empty joints must be dry and clean throughout their length and depth.
- Grouting must be carried out at least 24 hours after gluing on vertical walls and 48 hours after gluing floors.
- Before starting the application, PROTECMOR temporary primer protects the porous and non-porous ceramic from possible pigment stains.
How to use
- Add water and mix manually or mechanically until you get a consistent paste (not liquid).
- Let the pasta rest for about 5 minutes and knead.
- Working in small areas, fill the joints with a rubber trowel or refillable gun, compacting the material firmly.
- The application must be carried out diagonally from the joints, pressing the mass on them and removing the excess material.
- Let the material dry lightly for approximately 20 - 30 min. When the paste becomes matte, the surface can be cleaned with a hard, slightly damp sponge.
- Only when the product has hardened at the joint, the surface can be polished with a clean, dry cloth to remove any remaining dust.
- Allow to dry at least 24 hours before normal transit
- If the ceramic is stained, you can use DESMOR for cleaning as long as it does not damage the ceramic and taking care not to touch the joints (see product instructions).
Precautions and recommendations
- Do not apply below 5ºC or above 30ºC.
- Carry out the grouting at least 24 hours after the gluing of vertical walls and 48 hours after the gluing of the floors.
- Do not apply with risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sun.
- Do not use in expansion joints or those subject to structural movements of the work.
- Fill the joints when the floor or wall tile is completely dry.
- Do not clean the joint with strong water or similar as it would affect its coloration.
- In swimming pools , wait at least a week after grouting for the first filling of the pool.
- In renovations, completely empty the joint before application.
