Decorative solution for grouting ceramics, high performance, additive and coloured, with TECNO-ADAPT technology, with low dust emission, low emission of VOCs and with bacteriostatic, antifungal and anti-algae properties, anti-efflorescent and water-repellent,  fast drying and setting, high resistance to abrasion and endowed with great plasticity, for the sealing of joints up to 20 mm.

• Grouting resistant to cracking and cracking, due to its low shrinkage and great durability due to its high resistance to abrasion and high mechanical resistance even in freeze/thaw cycles. 
• Uniform colours, thanks to a technology that blocks salt efflorescence. It does not contain Portland cement so the calcium hydroxide crystals that give rise to efflorescence are not produced in the hydration of the product, avoiding this unwanted effect on the color and finish of the joint.
• Colors resistant to UV rays and outdoor exposure.
• Good resistance to oils, solvents, alkalis and pH>3 acids.

Stands

• Before applying the grouting process, wait until the adhesive is completely hardened, verifying that the waiting time indicated in its technical data sheet has passed. 
• Empty joints must be dry and clean, free of dust or adhesive residue throughout their length and depth, they must have a uniform depth, at least 2/3 of the total thickness. 
• Some ceramic tiles may have micropores or roughness on their surface. It is advisable to carry out a preliminary test to verify that it can be cleaned and, when necessary, apply PROTECMOR temporary primer on the surface to prevent possible pigment stains from penetrating the surface porosity of the tiles.

How to use

• Add water, 19-25%, (approx. 0.57-0.75 litres per 3 kg bag) and mix manually or mechanically with a helical whisk at low revolutions (approx. 400 rpm) to obtain a consistent (non-liquid), homogeneous and lump-free paste. Let the pasta rest for 2 minutes and knead. 
• An amount that can be used within 20-25 minutes of mixing should be mixed. 
• Fill the joints using a rubber trowel and compacting the material firmly without leaving gaps, remove excess paste while it remains fresh, passing the rubber trowel diagonally to the joints and removing the excess material.
•  Let the material dry slightly, in approx. 15 - 30 min when the paste becomes matte, you can clean the surface with a hard, large sponge to avoid emptying the joints and slightly damp, remove the sponge in a rotating direction to remove the hardened excess grouting and finish by passing the sponge diagonally to the joints, Rinse the sponge frequently with clean water and always use a uniform amount of water to avoid changes in hue. 
• Only when the product has hardened in the joint, can the surface be polished with a clean and dry cloth to remove the remains of dust (cleaning should be avoided ahead of time, because if the grouting remains in paste the joint can be reduced and affect changes in its color).
• If the tiles are stained after the last cleaning, you can use the DESMOR cement descaler (see instructions in its technical sheet) for cleaning, always using it on tiles with an acid-resistant surface and taking care not to touch the joints. Rinse the tiles with clean water to avoid leaving acidic residues on them.
•  The grouting surfaces can be walked on 3 hours after application, their commissioning will be 24 hours, in tanks and pools 48 hours.
