The Le Marquier Vulcain 48x28 Barbecue is a charcoal barbecue that combines simplicity, functionality and reliability for traditional cooking. It features a horizontal firebox and a 48x28 cm grill rack that can be adjusted to three different levels, allowing you to adapt the cooking height to suit your needs.

Its vertical cooking system prevents food from coming into direct contact with smoke and flames, promoting healthier cooking. Made from steel with a black epoxy resin coating, it includes a handy drawer for collecting ash.

The Le Marquier Vulcain 48x28 barbecue is a practical and functional solution for enjoying traditional charcoal cooking, combining simplicity, reliability and convenience.

It features a horizontal firebox and a 48x28 cm grill that is adjustable to three different levels, allowing you to adjust the cooking height to suit different dishes. Its overall dimensions are 49.7 cm long, 49.5 cm wide and 36.4 cm high, whilst the ash tray measures 46 x 33 x 11 cm and the insertion opening is 47 x 33 cm.

Its vertical cooking system offers a healthier alternative, as it prevents food from coming into direct contact with smoke and flames. Both the cooking bowl and the ash drawer are made of steel with a black epoxy resin coating.

It operates exclusively on charcoal and must be installed on a stable, level, heat-resistant and non-flammable surface. A gap of 10 cm must be left between the unit and the rear wall, and 40 cm must be left free beneath the combustion chamber.
