Mechoui Barbecue 120x32 with Trolley

The Le Marquier Mechoui 120x32 Barbecue with Trolley is a charcoal barbecue designed to offer versatility, durability and a large cooking capacity, making it the ideal choice for large gatherings and outdoor celebrations.

It features a horizontal cooking chamber fitted with two 60x32 cm grills, adjustable to three different height levels to suit the cooking requirements of various foods. It also incorporates a vertical oven with a rotisserie driven by an electric motor, with a capacity of up to 50 kg and a speed of two revolutions per minute.

It includes a 120 cm skewer and a stainless steel drip tray to collect juices during cooking. Its vertical cooking system prevents food from coming into direct contact with smoke and flames, offering a healthier cooking alternative.

To ensure greater durability, it features thick, deformation-resistant ash pan bars, provided that the conditions of use are observed. It also incorporates an ash pan and two steel ash drawers with a black epoxy finish.
