Grade 3 Security Armored Residential Door
Metal security door composed of leaf, screwed frame, lock, 4 short hinges, knob, handle and peephole.
Available for the following finishes and widths:
- 81x207 in white
- 91x207 in white, green, rustic chestnut, rosewood and oak colours
- 95x207 in rustic chestnut and rosewood
- 100x207 in white and green
Available colors of the residential armored door:
The hardware is standard in gold (knob, handle and peephole).
The inside of the door is smooth. Optional Victorian knocker.
The metal sheet is built in two pieces, front stamped in die with decoration, made on rolled and galvanized steel sheet, with a thickness of 1 mm in DX-54 quality.
Back without stamping system in DX-51 quality and with a thickness of 0.8 mm (depending on model).
Inside it is filled with micro-expanded polyurethane formulation according to the M-3 typology applied by means of a high-pressure injection pump machine.
The metal frame is made of rolled and galvanized steel sheet, with a thickness of 1.5 mm in DX-51 or 52 quality, in automatic bending machine, which is screwed, with tres anchors.
3-point lock in all finishes, Ezcurra 2000-B model with 10 burl system and slip with two-turn security bulb and key coding by points.
Includes 4 four-knot anti-lever safety hinges on a two-meter plate with an oven-applied epoxy varnish finish. Knob, interior handle and wide-angle telescopic peephole.
The door in a lacquered finish has a degreasing-phosphating treatment and washing with demineralised water, a humidity drying oven, painted in an electrostatic powder paint application cabin, robotised with pure polyester qualycoat lacquer and polymerised in an oven at 220 ºC. The vinyl finish is a low-carbon, hot-plated, cold-formed DX51D + Z100 steel backing with a semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film coating with a thickness of 130 microns.
Maintenance note: Avoid the use of products containing abrasive substances.
2-YEAR WARRANTY
The manufacturer, Cearco, offers a two-year warranty on its doors. This warranty will cover possible manufacturing defects, understood as such: corrosion by rust (except fittings), malfunction of the mechanism and detachment of lacquer (due to lack of adhesion).
This warranty will be applicable as long as the storage has been appropriate (never outdoors, or totally or partially unpacked). In no case will the warranty be applicable to doors already installed. Cearco reserves the right to accept claims against this warranty.
