Content and information provided on the website
The Seller makes every effort within its means to ensure that the information contained on the website is accurate and free from typographical errors. Should any such error occur at any time, through no fault of the Seller, it will be corrected immediately.
Sales system
Orders can be placed directly via our online shop. To do so, simply add the desired products and quantities to your basket.
The shopping basket will display the delivery time and the corresponding delivery charges based on the delivery address.
During the checkout process, you have the option to request an invoice with a billing address different from the delivery address. Unless otherwise specified, the invoice will be issued using the delivery address details.
All invoices will be sent in digital format to the email address provided during the purchase, once the order has been dispatched.
In addition, if you wish to receive a paper copy of the invoice, you can request one at the following address (please provide an email address) and we will send it to you free of charge.
Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the Seller’s website include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
Orders placed via our online shop will be subject to the VAT rate applicable to the country of destination where the product is delivered, in accordance with current regulations governing sales within the European Union.
In the case of intra-Community business-to-business sales, and following prior verification of the VAT number in the VIES system, VAT exemption may apply, as provided for by European legislation.
If you are a business based in another EU country and wish to make an intra-Community purchase, please contact us before placing your order so that we can correctly process the invoice and the tax exemption.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order by bank transfer to one of our accounts, by card, via Bizum, PayPal or Google Pay, through SeQura instalments, or via MULTIBANCO and MULTIBANCO WAY (only available to customers with bank accounts in Portugal).
Please note that your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed, so it is important to complete the payment within the specified timeframe (usually 24 to 48 hours).
All transactions are carried out using the highest security standards and are certified by Confianza Online.

Delivery method, delivery charges and delivery times
Shipping method
Deliveries are made via our own logistics network or by a transport agency suitable for the goods being sent.
Please note: You should bear in mind that specialist courier services (for items weighing over 20 kg or of large volume) deliver goods to the kerb, and under no circumstances will they enter private premises or carry goods up to flats. Therefore, it is ultimately the end customer’s responsibility to bring their order into their home.
The carriers will drive the lorry, van or delivery van as close as possible to your home, and that is where they will leave the goods. If you live in an area that is difficult to access, please bear this in mind when receiving your order.
GLS and PalletWays are the main carriers we currently use. We seek the safest and most cost-effective method for each product.
There must always be someone at the delivery point, as specified by the customer, to collect the parcel. The courier will unload the pallet at street level, as close as possible to the recipient – that is, wherever the van or lorry can stop. For this reason, the customer must provide the necessary manpower or means to transport the ordered items into their home, garage or a floor of a building.
In the event of insurmountable obstacles preventing the carrier from making the delivery, including a location inaccessible to the vehicle (narrow access routes, historic areas, dead-end streets, building works, private roads or access points), the customer must inform Paratureforma in advance so that the situation can be assessed and solutions found; otherwise, the order can only be delivered to another location with viable access for the carrier.
In the event of a return or a second delivery of the goods due to the absence of this information, the customer/purchaser will be charged the respective additional costs. Paratureforma does not bear any additional costs for deliveries where the customer requests resources, labour or special requests from the carrier or other companies.
Delivery charges
When adding products to your shopping basket, you can view the total delivery charges, which vary depending on your location and the final weight of the products you add to the basket. We also provide a delivery cost calculator on each product page.
The Seller is not responsible for any additional costs or returns resulting from excise duties at the destination, customs charges or similar. Nevertheless, we take care with every shipment we make to ensure there are no delays or unforeseen charges.
Shipping arrangements depend on three factors:
- Weight
- Volume
- Delivery destination
Regarding the ‘Delivery destination’ section, please note that if the destination is outside mainland Spain, please contact us so that we can arrange transport via an alternative method.
Please note that for orders weighing more than 20 kilos, special palletised transport is used, with unloading at the destination; consequently, these costs must be taken into account.
For weights exceeding 4,200 kilos, we recommend that you contact us to arrange bespoke transport. If this applies to you, please do not place the order; instead, ask us for a bespoke quote.
Delivery times
Delivery times are clearly stated for each product and range from 24 hours to 60 days; they are calculated from the date of payment confirmation, depending on the customer’s location, the volume of the order, or whether the product needs to be manufactured.
In any case, for orders taking longer than 10 days, the customer will be informed immediately by email or telephone. We will always endeavour to minimise delivery times as much as possible to ensure orders are received quickly and efficiently.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the company’s control (such as logistical delays on the part of the courier). In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately and a reasonable solution will be sought, although this does not necessarily imply compensation.
Delivery countries
We currently ship to Spain, Portugal and France directly via our online shop.
Occasionally, a product may not be available for purchase in one of these countries due to its characteristics (weight, dimensions, fragility, etc.). In such cases, we recommend that you contact us via WhatsApp or email so that we can provide you with a personalised solution.
If you are in another European country and wish to place an order, we can arrange delivery based on a personalised quote. As our products vary in weight and size, we will assess each case to ensure that delivery is feasible and safe.
For deliveries outside Spain, delivery times may be slightly longer due to the distance involved.
If you’re interested, please contact us in advance, stating the products you wish to purchase and your full address. We’ll reply with a delivery quote and the steps to complete your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge only whilst they are in the ‘Paid’ status, which is the first status assigned after completing the purchase and before we begin processing it. At this stage, a cancellation can be requested via any of our contact channels: WhatsApp, email or telephone.
Once the order’s status has changed — that is, once its preparation or processing has begun — any request for cancellation or amendment will be treated as a request subject to review, and does not imply automatic acceptance.
This is because, at this stage, the order may already have incurred costs associated with tasks such as warehouse preparation, packaging, handling of materials or even transport. In such cases, we reserve the right not to accept the modification or cancellation, or to apply an additional charge based on the work already carried out.
The customer will be informed of any resulting costs before any changes are confirmed. We appreciate your understanding, as these processes require time and resources from our team.
Complaints
Upon receipt of the goods, we strongly recommend that you check their condition. If you are unable to do so immediately, please inform the delivery driver that the goods are pending inspection.
We ask the recipient to check the goods within the first 24 hours of delivery to report any breakage that may have occurred during transit. In such cases, you must send photographic evidence via WhatsApp, email or the contact form to prove the damage or defect in the product, so that we can make a claim with the insurance company and arrange for a replacement.
Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal period
The right of withdrawal expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Grupo Unamacor (C/ Ingeniero Iribarren s/n, 957 10 82 38, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below.
Link to download the model form
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding your exercise of this right before the relevant deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
Should you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
The exercise of this right is not subject to any formalities; therefore, the consumer may be required to return the product in perfect condition without limiting its use (provided this does not go beyond merely checking that it is in good condition and working properly). If the product is returned without its original packaging or in a damaged condition, the value of the goods may be reduced.
You must return the goods to us or hand them over directly to us, or to the address we specify, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of that period. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In such cases, the supplier reserves the right to require the user to bear the direct cost of returning the goods or service.
Once we have received your request to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice, always via the same payment method used by the customer or, failing that, by bank transfer.
Exercising the right of withdrawal requires, at all times, that the user returns the product to the provider in the same condition as it was received, without having used it beyond simply checking that it is in good condition and in working order. The product must be sent in its original packaging, in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport; the customer shall bear responsibility for any damage occurring during transport and any resulting liabilities. Should the product not be returned in its original packaging, its value may be reduced.
Exceptions
Similarly, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in cases where products have been manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised, or where, by their nature, they cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:
- The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, where performance has begun with the consumer’s and user’s prior express consent and with their acknowledgement that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
- The supply of goods or the provision of services where the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the trader cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
- The supply of goods made to the consumer’s and user’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of goods that are sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed following delivery.
Warranties
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, all products sold by the Seller are covered by a statutory guarantee of conformity valid for three years.
Defective product with a valid guarantee?
All products sold through our shop are covered by a 3-year guarantee.
- In the event of any lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the goods, the trader shall be liable to the consumer for any defects that become apparent within a period of three years from the date of delivery, which shall be deemed to have taken place on the date stated on the invoice or receipt, or on the delivery note if this is issued at a later date;
In the case of second-hand goods, the trader and the consumer or user may agree on a shorter period than that indicated in the previous paragraph, which may not be less than one year from delivery.
- Unless there is evidence to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods already existed at the time of delivery.
It would also be necessary to inform consumers and users of the following rights: by means of a simple statement, the consumer may require the trader to remedy the lack of conformity, reduce the price or terminate the contract.
In order for the goods to be brought into conformity, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one of these two options is impossible or would entail disproportionate costs for the trader. These measures must meet the following requirements:
- They must be free of charge to the consumer, including any costs necessary to bring the goods into conformity, in particular the costs of postage, transport, labour or materials;
- They must be carried out within a reasonable period from the time the trader has been informed of the lack of conformity and without undue inconvenience to the trader.
The consumer shall make the goods available to the trader, who shall collect them at their own expense in the manner that causes the least inconvenience to the consumer, depending on the type of goods.
The trader shall not be liable for any payment in respect of the normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement.
The trader, for their part, shall collect the goods at their own expense, remove the non-conforming goods and, in the case of goods that have been installed, remove them and proceed to install the repaired or replaced goods, bearing the costs arising therefrom.
It shall provide the consumer with documentary evidence of the consumer’s handover of the goods, stating the date of handover and the lack of conformity, as well as documentary evidence of the handover of the goods that are now in conformity to the consumer, which must also state the date of that handover and a description of the corrective measure taken.
The consumer may also demand a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
The price reduction shall be proportional to the difference between the value the goods would have had at the time of delivery had they been in conformity, and the value the goods delivered have at the time of such delivery. Termination shall not apply where the lack of conformity is of minor importance. The consumer may choose either of these remedies provided that the following conditions are met:
- Where the measure to bring the goods into conformity is impossible or disproportionate;
- The trader has not carried out the repair or replacement, or has not done so correctly;
- Any lack of conformity appears in the repaired or replaced goods;
- The lack of conformity is so serious as to justify one of the two options;
- The trader has stated, or it is apparent from the circumstances, that they will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
As a result of the consumer’s choice of these measures, the trader shall refund the price paid for the goods upon receipt of the goods or, where applicable, upon the consumer providing proof that they have been returned.
The consumer or user shall return the goods to the trader, at the latter’s expense.
- The consumer may withhold payment of the outstanding price until the trader has fulfilled their obligations;
- They may also request that the lack of conformity be remedied, a price reduction, or the termination of the contract, if, as a result of an infringement of third-party rights, the use of the goods is prevented or restricted;
- The consumer shall not be liable for any payment for the normal use of the goods replaced during the period prior to their replacement;
- Whether they request the rectification of the lack of conformity, a price reduction or the termination of the contract, they may claim compensation for damages where applicable.
In addition to this information, you must provide the consumer with details of the availability and terms of after-sales services and any commercial guarantees, if applicable.
This does not include defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorised Technical Service where applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use.
Manufacturer’s commercial warranty
All products sold by the Seller are covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty, which, in addition to manufacturing defects, also covers any faults that may occur during the warranty period. Please note that most manufacturers offer efficient repair services near your home, via their online support, or even on-site at your own home.
Many issues can be resolved by following the guidelines provided by these support services without the need to return the product to a technical service centre. We strongly recommend that you consult your product’s documentation or the manufacturer’s online support, which will provide details of your warranty terms, troubleshooting, steps to follow, timeframes, coverage, etc.
Should the Seller arrange for your product to be repaired by the relevant authorised service centre for the brand, the Seller will bear the delivery costs if the product is faulty. If it is confirmed that the item is in good working order, the Seller will bear the delivery costs for the entire process until they are subsequently reclaimed from the Buyer, as the claim was not approved under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Seller’s obligations
The Seller undertakes to guarantee the availability and delivery times specified on the website. The customer will be informed as soon as possible should any issue arise with the stated delivery time.

The customer undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions, on the understanding that they reflect the best possible commitment to service for the type of business carried out by the Seller.

The customer undertakes to facilitate the delivery of the order by providing a delivery address to which the order can be delivered within the usual delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 16.00 to 18.00). In the event of the customer’s failure to comply with this obligation, the Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the order requested by the customer.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
Sales transactions with the Seller are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the applicable jurisdiction shall be that of the courts in the buyer’s place of residence.

Information on the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
It is not permitted to dispose of electrical and electronic equipment (“EEE”) in household waste bins or in any other bin not specifically designated for this purpose, nor on public roads. Batteries and accumulators that are not fixed to EEE must be separated from the equipment. Users may, at their discretion, hand in batteries at specific collection points once they have been used. Waste electrical and electronic equipment (“WEEE”) must be marked with the following symbol to indicate that it complies with Directive 2012/19/EU, Royal Decree 110/2015 and any other applicable regulations (“WEEE Regulations”) relating to Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (“WEEE”), including the identification of harmful substances, specifically “Cd” for cadmium, “Hg” for mercury and “Pb” for lead.

Consequently, upon the purchase of a Product classified as EEE, in accordance with the foregoing, the User may hand over to the Seller a piece of WEEE of an equivalent type (in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable regulations) at the EEE delivery point or at the User’s address where the EEE is supplied. Should the User require WEEE to be collected from their home, they must request this via customer services by telephone on 637078388 or 671589109.
In the event that the WEEE is not delivered to the User’s address, the User shall have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to deposit the WEEE at our physical retail outlet in Córdoba, and must present, on the day of delivery of the WEEE within the aforementioned period, the simplified invoice proving the purchase of the EEE.
The User must pack the EEE securely for transport, using sturdy packaging that prevents the contents from moving; if necessary, the User may fill the package with padding material (e.g. newspapers). The User must ensure that, when dispatching the EEE, any removable batteries and accumulators are separated from the EEE, and must also remove any corresponding personal data.
The provisions of this section are without prejudice to the User’s right to dispose of WEEE freely and at no cost at the collection points specifically established by local authorities and EEE manufacturers in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
Black Friday
During the shopping period known as Black Friday, the customer shall enjoy ALL THE RIGHTS and OBLIGATIONS set out in these terms and conditions of purchase. Furthermore, the Seller wishes to clarify the following regarding this period.
Quality of materials
The quality of the materials on offer will be the same as that of the materials on offer during the rest of the year.
Exchanges and returns
The policy on returns, exchanges, guarantees and cancellations is the same as during the rest of the year. Even if the promotion has ended by the time the customer requests a return or cancellation of the items, the amount used to calculate any refund will be the price paid by the customer during the sales period.
Price fluctuations
Price fluctuations refer to a series of successive and constant changes in prices. These price changes are linked to variations in the costs of production and raw materials. It is a process that occurs throughout the year, during which suppliers adjust their prices in line with their production costs.
Production and raw material extraction costs are significantly affected by energy prices. If the price of electricity and fuels rises, production and extraction costs increase proportionally. Retailers cannot set their prices in advance for the year; instead, these are subject to increases or decreases depending on their suppliers’ manufacturing costs.
Offers and discounts
Discounts and promotions offered to customers will be advertised with the prominence and in the timeframe deemed necessary by the retailer. All discounts will be valid for the specified products and for the period indicated in the advertising that the retailer deems appropriate to distribute.
Promotions will be valid only for orders placed between 24 and 30 November. Any saved shopping basket that is not completed within that period will automatically lose its eligibility for the promotions at 00:00 on 1 December. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions.
Delivery times
All delivery times will be indicated on the product pages. If a customer cannot see this information, we urge them to contact customer services via any available channel (email, WhatsApp, telephone, etc.).
During this peak shopping period, delivery services may become overwhelmed and experience delays. At Paratureforma, we will keep our customers informed at all times if their order is affected by, or is likely to be affected by, such delays.
Orders pending payment
Orders pending payment (with the payment method ‘Bank Transfer’) placed during the Black Friday period will remain pending payment until the end of the sale period. On the day Black Friday ends, customers with orders pending payment will be notified. If we do not receive a positive response within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and the customer will lose the discounted price. If you wish to reorder the items in the order, you will need to start the purchase process again, accepting the current catalogue prices.
