Composition
Product based on special cements, selected aggregates and corrosion inhibitor, (organofunctional silanes) and reinforced with fibres.

Stands
- The substrate must be healthy, clean, free of greases, oils, dust and poorly adhered parts (minimum tensile strength of 1.5 MPa)
- If necessary, prepare it preferably using mechanical means and expose the sound concrete.
- The absorbent supports will be previously moistened until saturated, avoiding waterlogging.apply, MORCEMSEAL TODO 1 once the surface acquires a matte appearance.
- If there is armor, it must be clean of rust, grease, oils and other poorly adhered particles.
- If they are rusty, they will be cleaned by sandblasting or by means of a metal toothbrush.
How to use
Mortar mixing:
- Add the 2/3 parts of the water provided and progressively mix all the powder while stirring. Then add the remaining water and mix for 2 more minutes. Do not prepare more material than you are going to use for 20 minutes (at +20ºC)
Application:
- Apply MORCEMSEAL TODO 1 with a trowel, pressing to ensure adhesion and compact the material firmly.
- MORCEMSEAL TODO 1 can be applied in several layers, with the minimum thickness per layer being 4 mm. Thicknesses of up to 40 mm can be applied on vertical surfaces without the aid of formwork.
Cured:
- Protect from wind, frost and sun during hardening. To avoid excessive drying it is advisable to cover the surface with wet burlap or plastic during curing.
- The curing operation is essential in all cases.
- Do not add more water to the mortar than recommended or remix
- Do not apply below 5ºC or above 30ºC.
- Do not add cement, sand or other substances that may affect the properties of the material
- Tools and tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use to prevent hardening of the material, which should be removed by mechanical means.
