Single-component, neutral and elastic putty for sealing and gluing of high quality.

Stands

• The supports must be clean, healthy, dust-free, free of oils, greases, paints, remains of release agents, free of rust, old putties or any protective coating that interferes with adhesion.
• It is not advisable to put this product in contact with asphalt or bitumen.
• Users should check the compatibility of the sealant with the substrate with respect to adhesion, chemical compatibility, and stain production.

How to use

• A joint bottom of material not adhering to the putty will be previously placed, in order to control the depth to be filled and thus ensure that the joint will work only on two sides (both sides of the joint).
• The joint background should not have susceptible nicks, which could cause the joint to bubble.
• In case of very shallow joints, apply an adhesive tape and avoid adhesion to tres sides.
• Protect the edges of the joint with an adhesive tape for a better finish.
• Apply the cartridges with a universal hand gun and screw on the plastic nozzle. Apply in such a way as to avoid air occlusion, maintaining a constant depth and inclination of the gun.
• For low-width joints, apply the putty in a single step, and for high-width joints, apply it in tres steps, the first two on the edges of the joint and the third on the bottom.
• Smooth the putty with a spatula dipped in soap and water, conveniently pressing the putty against the edges and bottom of the joint. Remove the adhesive tapes and scrape off the polymerized putty. Do not use solvents.
• It is recommended to fill the joint neither at the most contracted point nor at the most dilated point; medium route.
• The putty can be painted after its complete polymerization. Preferably use paints in aqueous dispersion; the elasticity of the paint must also be taken into account as it is inferior to the putty; Preliminary compatibility testing is recommended.
