Available in various diameters, from Ø 20 to 120 mm, they are perfect for the execution of holes in ceramic tiles during installation. The FORAGRES range of diamond drill bits includes all the necessary diameters to be able to make the most common holes for water intakes, drains, light points, etc. The diamond band of FORAGRES drill bits is sintered and is attached to the drill body by laser welding. FORAGRES diamond drill bits should ALWAYS be used cooled with water and with a non-hammer electric drill. The use of the MULTIDRILL centering guide (ref. 50944) is recommended for the centering of holes up to Ø 83 mm in diameter. For drillings with diameters greater than Ø 84 mm, the use of the FORAGRES guide (ref. 50900) is recommended. The average life of FORAGRES diamond drill bits is 60 holes and ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness and the correct cooling and use. The drilling depth of FORAGRES diamond drill bits is 30 mm (33 mm for diameters of Ø 55 and 75 mm). The maximum speed of use for FORAGRES diamond drill bits is 900 rpm, except in diameters of Ø 100 and 120 mm where the maximum speed of use is 450 rpm.
