The RC-10 cement remover effectively removes cement and mortar residues adhered to the surface of the ceramic tile. The RC-10 cement remover is a product indicated for the cleaning of cement residues, mortar, cement glue, and any type of lime-based substance in porcelain stoneware, glazed stoneware, tile and rustic stoneware. It is also suitable for cleaning efflorescence stains (saltpeter) on brick walls, exposed walls, terracotta or tuff terraces and other materials not sensitive to acids. For the correct application of the RC-10 cement remover, it RUBI recommended to follow the following steps: 1. Apply the product directly to the stain (pure if it is a cement stain, or dissolving a part of the product with a part of water if it is efflorescence stains). 2. Leave the product on for 3 or 4 minutes (an effervescence will be observed on mortar or cement stains). 3. Rub vigorously with a brush or scouring pad. 4. Rinse with plenty of water while continuing to rub. 5. Dry with a cotton cloth. In case there is dirt left unremoved, repeat the operation (for large incrustations more than one application will be necessary). The RC-10 Cement Remover is a strong acid-based descaler cleaner. It has a pH between 0 and 1 and a density of 1.05 kg/L. The performance of RC-10 will depend on how the product is applied, having a yield of approximately 2 m²/L if applied pure, about 12 m²/L if applied diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio (dilution recommended for efflorescence cleaning), or about 40 m²/L if applied diluted with water in a 1:5 ratio for general cleaning. Note: The yields are indicative. For a correct and safe application of the RC-10 cement remover, the following precautions RUBI recommended: - Do not apply the product on surfaces sensitive to acids (marble, terrazzo, hydraulic mosaic, and in general any type of polished natural stone). - Although the product can be used without problems on stoneware and tiles, there are some old ceramics that have poor vitrification.
