The SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor system has been designed for the handling of porcelain sheets with a maximum thickness of 6 mm. Thanks to the reinforced aluminium retractable profile system, the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor can handle porcelain sheets up to a maximum length of 320 cm. These retractable profiles can be adjusted in length from 170 cm to a maximum of 320 cm. The handles, also adjustable, incorporate sof-grip handles for greater ergonomics and comfort during handling. The SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor handles slide and pull out of the top slot of the retractable slides, making it easy to store and transport the entire system. The transport capacity of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS is 80 kg, but if you add the SLIM EASY TRANS CROSSBAR SET (ref. 18819) the load capacity increases to a maximum of 120 kg. With the use of the CROSSBEAM SET (ref. 18819) on the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor, the system is compatible with the SLAB CONVEYOR TROLLEY (ref.18934). The SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS transporter incorporates 6 vacuum suction cups of 20 cm in diameter and high load and holding capacity. The suction cups can be slid and set to position according to the format of the porcelain foil. The vacuum suction cup provides extra safety and reliability in the fixing of the material. NOTE: Adding more suction cups does not increase the maximum load capacity of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor. The suction cups of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS conveyor are not compatible with the SLIM EASY TRANS conveyor (ref. 18910), nor are the suction cups of the SLIM EASY TRANS compatible with the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS. RUBI CONVEYOR TROLLEY and individual safety features are recommended for use when handling heavy loads.
