Sales system

Orders can be placed directly through our online shop. To do this, it is only necessary to add the desired products and quantities to the cart.

DEBIT

Shipping method, transport costs and delivery times

SHIPPING METHOD

Shipments are made through our own logistics, or by any transport agency adapted to the goods to be shipped.

Note: You should bear in mind that special transport agencies (more than 20 kg or large volume) deliver the goods at public street level, and in no case do they access private premises or take the goods up to blocks of flats. Therefore, it must be the end customer who ultimately enters their order into their home.

Carriers will bring the truck, van, or van as close as possible to your home, and that's where they'll drop off the goods. If you live in an area that is difficult to access, please take this into account when receiving your order.

There should always be someone at the delivery point, indicated by the customer, to pick up the package. For this reason, the customer must provide the necessary labour or means to transport the ordered items inside the house, garage or floor of a building.

In the event of insurmountable obstacles for the carrier to make the delivery, including a place inaccessible to the vehicle (narrow accesses, historic areas, dead end streets, construction sites, roads or private accesses), the customer must inform Paratureforma in advance so that it can be analyzed and solutions found, otherwise the order can only be delivered to another place with viable access for the carrier.

In case of return or 2nd delivery of the goods due to the absence of this information, the customer/buyer will be charged with the respective additional costs. Paratureforma does not assume any additional costs for deliveries in which the customer requests resources, labour or special requests from the carrier or other companies

TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Shipping costs are subject to the type of material, and are not fixed. When you enter the products in the shopping cart, you can see the total shipping costs, which vary according to the location and the final weight of the products you add to the cart. It is a quick and simple calculation that can be made from the purchase summary, indicating the province to which the shipment will be made.

The Seller is not responsible for additional costs or refunds as a result of excise duties at destination, customs or similar. Even so, we take care of each of the shipments we make, so that they do not suffer delays or other unforeseen taxes.

Transport management depends on tres factors:

Please note that, for orders weighing more than 20 kilos, the transport is specially palletised, with unloading capacity at the destination and as a consequence, these costs must be taken into account.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are clearly indicated on each product and are between 24 hours and 60 days, and are met from the confirmation of payment, depending on the customer's territorial area, the volume of preparation of the product or whether the product has to be manufactured.

In any case, for orders that exceed 10 days, the customer will be informed immediately by email or phone call. We will always try to shorten shipping times as much as possible to ensure a quick and efficient reception of orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may be altered for reasons beyond the company's control (such as logistical delays by the transport agency). In such a case, the customer will be informed and a reasonable solution will be sought without necessarily involving compensation.

DELIVERY COUNTRIES

We currently ship to Spain, Portugal and France directly through our online store.

Occasionally, there may be a product that is not available for purchase in any of these countries due to its characteristics (weight, dimensions, fragility, etc.). In those cases, we recommend you contact us by WhatsApp or email to give you a personalized solution.

If you are in another country in Europe and want to place an order, we can manage shipping under a personalized quote. Since our products can vary in weight and size, we will evaluate each case to ensure that the shipment is viable and safe.

For shipments outside of Spain, delivery times may be slightly increased due to distance.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only while they are in the "Paid" status, which is the first status assigned after completing the purchase and before we begin processing them. At this stage, cancellation can be requested through any of our contact channels: WhatsApp, email or telephone.

Once the order has changed its status, i.e. it has begun to be prepared or processed, any request for cancellation or modification will be treated as a request subject to review, and does not imply automatic acceptance.

This is because, at this stage, the order may have already generated costs associated with tasks such as warehouse preparation, packaging, material handling or even transport. In these cases, we reserve the right not to accept the modification or cancellation, or to apply an additional cost based on the work already performed.

The client will be informed of any resulting expenses before confirming any changes. We appreciate your understanding, as these efforts involve resources and time on the part of our team.

Claims

Upon arrival of the material to the customer, we remember the great recommendation to check the condition of the material. If you cannot review it at the time, you must indicate to the delivery person that the material is pending review.

We ask the recipient to check the material within the first 24 hours of delivery to notify if there has been a breakage of the material during transport. In this case, graphic documentation must be sent via Whatsapp, email or contact form that proves the breakage or defect of the product in order to claim it from the insurance and process the replacement.

Right of withdrawal

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The right of withdrawal shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via our withdrawal form.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.

CONSEQUENCE OF THE WITHDRAWAL

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund the amounts of the products received by you, (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery offered by us) without any undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

The exercise of this right may not be subject to any formality, so the consumer may be required to return the product in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of its good condition and operation). If the product is returned without its original packaging or damaged, the good may suffer depreciation.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to the address we indicate, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. The time limit shall be deemed to have been met if the property is returned before the end of that period. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In these cases, the provider reserves the right to require the user to bear the direct cost of returning the good or service.

Once we have received the request to exercise the right of withdrawal, we will proceed to refund the financial amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the withdrawal and always through the means as the client would have paid or, failing that, by bank transfer.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal requires at all times that the user sends the product to the provider as it was received, without using it beyond the mere verification of its good condition and operation. The product must be sent with its original packaging, in such a way that it is not possible to deteriorate it during transport, assuming the possible damage during transport and the derived responsibilities. If it is not returned with the same original packaging , the property may suffer depreciation. The provider will not accept the return of the product when it shows obvious signs of use or deterioration.

EXCEPTIONS

In the same way, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in those cases in which products are purchased that are made in accordance with the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts concerning:

  • The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition by the consumer that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
  • The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  • The supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Guarantees

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, all products sold by The Seller benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity that lasts for tres years.

Defective product with a valid warranty?

All products sold through our store have a 3-year warranty.

- In the event of any lack of conformity at the time of delivery of the good, the entrepreneur will be liable to the consumer for any defects that manifest themselves during a period of tres years from delivery, which will be understood to have been made on the day that appears on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if this is later;

In the case of second-hand goods, the entrepreneur and the consumer or user may agree on a shorter period than that indicated in the previous paragraph, which may not be less than one year from delivery.

- Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself in the two years following the delivery of the property already existed when it was delivered.

It would also be necessary to inform consumers and users of the following rights: through a simple declaration, the consumer may demand that the entrepreneur rectify the lack of conformity, reduce the price or terminate the contract.

In order for the good to be brought into conformity, the consumer may opt for repair or replacement, unless one of these two options is impossible or involves disproportionate costs for the entrepreneur. These measures must meet the following requirements:

- They will be free of charge for the consumer, including the expenses that are necessary for the goods to be brought into conformity, especially the costs of shipping, transport, labor or materials;

- They will be carried out within a reasonable period of time from the moment the employer has been informed of the lack of conformity and without major inconvenience to the employer.

The consumer will make the good available to the entrepreneur, who will recover it at his expense in the way that generates the least inconvenience for the consumer depending on the type of good.

You will not be responsible for any payment for the normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement.

The employer, for his part, will recover the property at his expense, will remove the non-conforming goods and, in the case of goods that have been installed, will remove them and proceed to install the repaired or replaced property, assuming the costs arising from this.

It will provide the consumer with documentary justification of the delivery of the good by the consumer, stating the date of delivery and the lack of conformity, as well as documentary justification of the delivery of the good already in accordance with the consumer, which must also include the date of that delivery and a description of the corrective measure taken.

The consumer may also demand a reduction in the price or the termination of the contract.

The reduction in the price will be proportional to the difference between the value that the good would have had at the time of delivery if it had been compliant, and the value that the good delivered has at the time of said delivery. The resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of little importance. The consumer may opt for them provided that the following requirements are met:

- When the measure to bring the goods into conformity is impossible or disproportionate;

- The employer has not carried out the repair or replacement or has not carried them out correctly;

- Any lack of conformity appears in the repaired or replaced good;

- The lack of conformity is of such seriousness that it justifies one of the two options;

- The entrepreneur has declared, or it is clear from the circumstances, that he will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable period of time or without major inconvenience to the consumer.

The trader shall reimburse the consumer as a result of the choice of these measures for the price paid for the goods upon receipt of the goods or, where appropriate, on the basis of proof provided by the consumer that they have been returned.

The consumer or user shall return the goods to the entrepreneur, at the latter's expense.

- The consumer may suspend the pending payment of the price until the entrepreneur complies with his obligations;

- You may also request the correction of the lack of conformity, the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract, if, as a result of the violation of the rights of third parties, the use of the property is prevented or limited;

- The consumer will not be liable for any payment for the normal use of the replaced goods during the period prior to their replacement;

- Whether you request the correction of the lack of conformity, the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract, you can demand compensation for damages if applicable.

In addition to this information, you must provide the consumer with information on the existence and conditions of after-sales services and commercial warranties, if any.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

Manufacturer's Commercial Warranty

All products sold by The Seller include the official manufacturer's warranty, which in addition to manufacturing defects also covers possible breakdowns that occur during this warranty period. Please note that most manufacturers have effective repair services close to your home or through their online support and even on-site at your own home.

Many incidents are solved by following the guidelines indicated on these supports without the need to return the product to a technical service. We strongly recommend that you consult your product documentation or the manufacturer's online support in which you will be informed of the contractual details of your warranty, troubleshooting, steps to follow, deadlines, coverage, etc.

In the event that the Seller arranges the repair of its product with the corresponding authorized workshop of the brand, the shipping costs will be borne by the Seller if the product is defective. In case of verifying that the material is correct, the Seller will bear the shipping costs of the entire process until they are finally claimed from the Buyer because it has not been approved by the manufacturer's warranty.

Seller's obligations

The Seller undertakes to guarantee the availability and delivery times specified on the website, except exceptionally for those products that the supplier, for reasons beyond our control, cannot supply. This situation, which we indicate as exceptional, prevents The Seller from being able to accurately inform its customers about the availability of the products as well as to guarantee a specific delivery time which, in any case, will depend on the time it takes the manufacturer or distributor to supply the product.

In the event of this exceptional situation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Customer Obligations

The Seller's customer undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.

The Client undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract , understanding that they reflect the best possible willingness to provide service for the type of activity carried out by The Seller.

You also undertake to keep your personal access codes to our website confidentially and with the utmost diligence .

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address to which the requested order can be delivered within the usual delivery hours of goods (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.). In the event of non-compliance by the customer with this obligation, the Seller shall not be liable for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order ordered by the customer.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Information about Waste Electronic Equipment Disposal (FAEE)

It is not allowed to dispose of electrical and electronic equipment ("EEE"), in household waste containers or in any other that is not specifically intended for this purpose, nor on public roads. Batteries and accumulators that are not attached to EEE must be separated from them. The User may deliver the batteries, after use and at their choice, to specific collection points. EEE waste ("WEEE") must be accompanied by the following symbology to indicate that it complies with Directive 2012/19/EU, Royal Decree 110/2015 and other applicable regulations ("WEEE Regulations") on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment ("WEEE"), including the identification of harmful substances, specifically "Cd" for Cadmium, "Hg" for Mercury and "Pb" for Lead.

In the event that the delivery of the WEEE is not made to the User's home, the User will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to deposit the WEEE at our physical point of sale in Cordoba, and on the day of delivery of the WEEE, within the aforementioned period, the simplified invoice accrediting the EEE acquired must be displayed.

The User must package the EEE securely for transport, using a stable package that prevents the movement of the interior elements, being able to do so and if necessary fill the package with filler elements (for example, periodic). The User must ensure that when sending the EEE they are separated from the batteries and accumulators that are removable, as well as delete their corresponding personal data.

PRICE FLUCTUATION

DELIVERY TIMES

ORDERS PENDING PAYMENT

Orders pending payment (with a "Bank Transfer" payment method) that are placed during the Black Friday period, will remain pending payment until the end of the sales period. On the day Black Friday comes to an end, customers with unpaid orders will be notified. If we don't get a positive response within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and the customer will lose the discounted price.
