Indoor ceramic floor and wall tiles and outdoor ceramic floor tiles.

The supports must be resistant, stable, healthy and clean, free of dust, remains of release agents, organic products, etc.

All supports must be of the appropriate flatness. If not, make screeds of up to 5 mm with the same product 48 hours before gluing. For greater thicknesses, use traditional dry mortars or leveling paste.

In case of wind, wind or on very absorbent supports, it is advisable to moisten the support and wait for the water film to disappear.

Do not apply to plasters or paints.

On outdoor pavements, the support must have a slope equal to or greater than 1%

How to use

- Add water and mix manually or mechanically until homogeneous and workable consistency.

- Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes and knead.

- Spread the kneaded product on the support with a trowel in a maximum extension of 2m2.

- Comb with a notched trowel to adjust the thickness.

- Place the pieces by pressing and moving until the grooves are completely flattened and their entire surface adheres correctly.

- Respect the construction joints (expansion, contraction, fractionation, perimeter corner joints) and the joints between plates (minimum 2 mm).

- The joints will be filled after 24 hours on vertical walls and 48 hours on pavements. We recommend using MorcemColor gaskets depending on the type of gasket.

Note: The shorter the time between combing and tile placement, the better results will be obtained.

What type of notch trowel should I use to apply cement glue?

It depends on the format of the tile, that is, the surface it has.

For tile surfaces smaller than 100cm2, i.e. tile formats of 10x10 cm or smaller, the U4 trowel must be used, with 4 mm tooth (4x4x4) and a simple gluing (either to the piece or to the support).

For surfaces smaller than 450cm2, i.e. formats smaller than 21x21 cm, the U6 trowel and simple gluing should be used.

For surfaces smaller than 900cm2, i.e. formats smaller than 30x30 cm, U6, U9 or U10 can be used, with double or single gluing.

For surfaces larger than 900cm2, U9 or U10 should be used and always with double gluing, both to the support and to the tile.
