Stands

• Conventional cement-based supports.
• Suitable for placement on all types of laminated plaster partitions (PYL type).
• Marble, granite, terrazzo, natural stone and all types of ceramic supports in interior and exterior flooring and interior cladding.
• Do not apply to plasters or paints.
• The supports must be resistant, stable, healthy and clean, free of dust, remains of release agents, organic products, etc.
• All supports must be of the appropriate flatness. If not, make screeds of up to 5 mm with the same product 48 hours before gluing. For greater thicknesses, the following should be used:
• In screeds: NIVELAND 10R levelling paste or SELF-LEVELLING PAVILAND SCREED, depending on support and need.
• In coatings: regularization mortars with adequate tensile strength and with the curing retractions already completed.
• In case of heat, wind or on highly absorbent supports, it is advisable to moisten the support and wait for the water film to disappear.
• In outdoor pavements, the support must have a slope equal to or greater than 1%.

How to use

• Add water and mix manually or mechanically to a homogeneous and workable consistency.
• Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes and knead.
• Spread the kneaded product on the support with a trowel in a maximum extension of 2m².
• Comb with a notched trowel to adjust the thickness (see box).
• Place the pieces on the fresh adhesive, pressing and moving until the grooves are completely flattened and the entire surface of the ceramic is correctly adhered, Periodically check the tackiness of the adhesive by lifting a previously placed tile, if the appearance of a film without transfer on the surface of the adhesive or dehydration of the adhesive is observed, Proceed to remove the material and apply new product.
• Installation of tiles by double gluing method outdoors, for formats larger than 900 cm2, in floors for commercial or industrial use, if there is radiant heating, in the installation of ceramic sheets, if levelling systems are used or if the tiles have such a relief that it is difficult to make good contact with the adhesive.
• Respect the construction joints (expansion, contraction, fractionation, perimeter corner joints) and installation between tiles (minimum of 2 mm indoors and 5 mm outdoors).
• The joints will be filled after 24 hours on vertical walls and 48 hours on pavements. Use the appropriate mortar from the MORCEMCOLOR range, depending on the type of joint.

NOTE: The shorter the time between combing and tile placement, the better results will be obtained.
