The PRO-EDGER RUBI is a PROFESSIONAL accessory, for INTENSIVE use, specially designed for the beveling and mitering of ceramic tiles and natural stone by using a mini-angle grinder and the PRO-EDGER diamond wheels RUBI . The PRO-EDGER RUBI accessory is compatible with virtually all mini-grinders on the market (115 or 125), both corded and battery-powered. Models with bodies that do not exceed 100 mm in diameter are recommended to ensure a correct attachment of the mini-grinder to the PRO-EDGER RUBI accessory by attaching it to the threaded shaft (M14) and attaching the quick-release belt. In addition, for best results and greater vibration control during the roughing process, a power of 850W is recommended. Thanks to the variety of PRO-EDGER diamond grinding wheels RUBI , we can make blunt bevels with radii of 5 and 10 mm as well as miters at 45º on pieces up to 15 and 20 mm (depending on the selected wheel model) on all types of ceramic tiles and natural or sintered stone. The PRO-EDGER RUBI accessory includes, as standard, a RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheel for mitering materials up to 20 mm thick (Ref. 16946 - PRO-EDGER diamond wheel RUBI 45º x 20 mm). To obtain the best finishes and extract the maximum performance from the diamond grinding wheels RUBI PRO-EDGER, it is recommended to carry out a progressive roughing at different depths. The PRO-EDGER RUBI accessory incorporates a system of high-speed sealed bearings that protects them from the dust generated during roughing and that, together with the Polyethylene skids, which are highly resistant to wear, facilitate a smooth movement along the edge of the piece. To facilitate the work environment and improve the user's well-being, the PRO-EDGER RUBI is part of the ZERO-DUST products, from RUBI, and can be easily adapted to a vacuum cleaner.https://www.rubi.com/en/rubi-pro-edger-r807
