Features & Applications

  • Making white finishes.
  • Indoor and outdoor application.
  • Waterproof coating.
  • Permeable to water vapor, allowing the support to breathe.
  • Excellent adhesion and great plasticity.
  • Plastering over rendering or application in two layers.
  • Thicknesses of up to 1 cm without sagging.
  • Smooth or troweled finish.

Stands

  • Conventional cement-based and brick-masonry supports.
  • The supports must be resistant (minimum resistance CSIV), stable, healthy and clean, free of dust, remains of release agents, organic products, etc.
  • In case of heat, wind or on highly absorbent supports, it is advisable to moisten the support and wait for the water film to disappear.
  • On non-porous substrates, apply a primer (IMPLAFIX) or improve the roughness by mechanical means.
  • Do not apply to plasters or paints.

How to use

MECHANICAL APPLICATION

  • Establish, depending on the chosen machine (hose section and length) and the external weather conditions, the optimal water/mortar ratio. Start from 20% and gradually modify it until you get the right consistency.
  • It is important to keep constant the variables that can affect the characteristics of the mortar applied (distance to the wall, angle of application and proportion of water).

MANUAL APPLICATION

  • Add water and mix manually or mechanically to a homogeneous and workable consistency.
  • Spread the kneaded product on the stand with a trowel.
  • Let the necessary time elapse and trowel.
