Sika MonoTop-620® is a thin-layer, single-component, cement-based, aggregate-based, silica fume, and synthetic resins structural repair mortar that meets the requirements of UNEEN 1504-3 class R3.
Uses:
It can be applied, with or without reinforcement, on concrete surfaces, brick mortar or mortars from the SikaTop® / Sika MonoTop® range, and is indicated for:
- Pore sealing, on concrete or mortar support.
- Thin-layer coating of vertical or horizontal structural elements in Building and Civil Engineering.
- Regularization of concrete surfaces.
- Repairs of small thickness: filling of cokers, gravel nests in the concrete, etc.
- Repair work on edges, reprofiling of joint lips, etc.
- Suitable for concrete repair work (Principle 3, method 3.1 and 3.3 of UNE-EN 1504-9). Repair of chips and deterioration of concrete in buildings, bridges, infrastructures and superstructures.
