Sold in batches of component A and B. SikaTop® Seal-107 is a two-component waterproofing mortar, based on a cement mixture that incorporates special additives and modified polymers. SikaTop® Seal-107 meets the requirements of UNE-ES 1504-2 as a protective coating.
Uses
SikaTop® Seal-107 is used for:
■ Exterior and interior waterproofing of concrete, mortar, concrete block and brick structures.
■ Protection of concrete structures against the effects of de-icing salts and freeze-thaw cycles.
■ Rigid waterproofing of foundation walls both in new construction and in repair works.
■ As a primer coating.
■ Interior waterproofing of basements (not subject to hydrostatic water pressure).
■ As sealing of small cracks in concrete structures (not subject to movement).
■ As a mortar for regularization for repair work.
■ Waterproofing of drinking water tanks.
SikaTop® Seal-107 can be used for concrete structure protection:
■ Suitable for protection against penetration (Principle 1, method 1.3 of UNE-EN 1504-9).
■ Suitable for humidity control (Principle 2, method 2.2 of UNE-EN 1504-9).
■ Suitable for increasing strength (Principle 8, method 8.2 of UNE-EN 1504-9).
