Sika MonoTop-612® is a one-component structural repair mortar, reinforced with silica fibers and fume that meets the requirements of Class R3 of UNE-EN 1504-3.
Uses
■ Regeneration of concrete in thick layers, both on vertical surfaces and ceilings.
■ Regularization of concrete or cement mortar surfaces, prior to the application of a paint.
■ Repair of concrete elements.
■ Grouting of prefabricated elements.
■ Suitable for concrete repair work (Principle 3, method 3.1 and 3.3 of UNE-EN 1504-9). Repair of chips and concrete damage in buildings, bridges, infrastructures and superstructures.
■ Suitable for structural reinforcement of concrete (Principle 4, method 4.4 of UNE-EN 1504-9). Increase in the bearing capacity of concrete structures by adding mortar.
■ Suitable for the conservation or restoration of passivation (Principle 7, method 7.1 and 7.2 of UNE-EN 1504-9). Increased coating with additional mortar and replacement of contaminated concrete with carbonation.
